Created out of necessity, we got our unofficial start at a BBQ in Stuart, FL in the spring of 2020, when it was discovered there was no condiments in the fridge! On the way out the door to go buy some, I noticed a few rows of perfectly ripe peppers and veggies in the garden. 

Always interested in a culinary challenge, I started mentally formulating a recipe and picking what seemed like the best fruits. By the time the burgers and wings were coming off the grill, the FIRST EVER batch of Burnin Spurge Premium Hot Sauce was born. At the end of the BBQ, nearly 1/2 GALLON of the sauce was eaten and there was a house full of people asking me for some to take home.

Since then, I have continued my career/passion as a professional offshore fisherman, and making the superior quality foods for hungry spice lovers the world over. From South Florida to the Bahamas, the Carolinas up to New England, from Mexico to Costa Rica and countless places in between. I've always made time to cook up batches wherever I end up, both for my personal stash, and to keep up with demand & take on my dream of entrepreneurship and of providing something of value to people and society!
